Overclocking Atrend atc6250 w/ celeron 550@ 800

I have a atrend atc6250 version 2.0.
I'm running celeron 300@450 (4.5x 100)

I wanting to overclock a pIII 550 or 600 non coppermine (b/c mb doesn't support it) higher, and if this motherboard can, how?
this motherboard is very wierd in design.
I know, as long as the processor can overclock it is possible but how do ii achive it with this motherboard.
