Increasing vcore to 1.9V should be OK, if you have a good HSF then 1.95V is fine. Just make sure you watch your system temps with MBM5 or a similar program.
Even without raising vcore you can likely overclock the FSB to > 140. You might try experimenting, raise vcore 0.05V and see how much this improves your overclocking. You'll likely find a point where extra vcore translates to very little increase in overclocking.
