how do i overclock my pc , i have p4 670 , asus p5wd2 bios 0606 , 2gb of Corsair TWIN2X1024A-6400 standard latency settings (5-5-5-12) ,video Geforce 7800 GTX ,Thermaltake W0049RUC Silent PurePower 680W, and Water Cooling
i want to overclock the ai overclocking to manual in bios
and cpu frequency to 235
what should the other settings in bios be
