Overclocking Asus A7N8X Deluxe (Need Help)

I have a slight problem

I was overclocking my comp and the comp shut down while starting a benchmark test. When it restarted I didn't have any video. Now I cant go in and change the bios back without seeing anything. Is there anyway of getting the bios changed? Or did my video card go out on me? Or am I just S.O.L.
