Overclocking ASUS A 7V

I wanted to know if anybody has overclocked a 1 Gig Thunderbird on a asus a7v board through the bois or is it better to go through the jumper mode dip swithes on the board . also how far will it overclock to ?

hmm.. I haven't heard the a7v can change multiplier and clock speeds by the bios, mine can't.. is it in a updated bios? I have 1005a I think..
 
on a7v just set multiplier for (unlock)proc. set jen on and use bios fsb settings. did 9.5*111/10*105 on mine no problem. higher fsb need tweaking in bios though. did even 115 fsb my vid card went choppy:frown:.
