overclocking and video card

I will be building a new computer using a Soyo K7vme mobo and athlon xp-m 2400, Windows ME overclocked probably to 166x13.5.
Will this adversely affect my using my Radeon 7000 dual monitor card? or is the AGP slot unaffected by overclocking.
