overclocking an asus p4p800 deluxe

can anyone tell me how to sidestep the asus ai overclocking utility in bios and do it manually? the bios version is amer. megatrends 2.51. i want ot keep my memory bandwidth(the asus ai divides it) thanks...

Go into the bios then into jumperfree config. Then select the place where it says no overclock or 5/10/15/20/25/30%oc and keep changing it until it says manual. I hope it works.
