Hey, just wondering what kind of performance you have gotten from the A7N8X Deluxe. With my XP2100+ w/166 FSB, 1.65v, 12.5x = 2102MHz Anything after this brings unstability for me. My memory settings are default since i don't know much about that. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to increase the performance?

What has everyone else gotten?

If you've got a free day or two, read through this thread.

And more info here.

This thread gives results and settings for 2100+ and 1700+ T-breds on a variety of platforms.

I don't expect you to read through all of that ;), but you should at least check out the third one and definitely check out Skorpio's A7N8X links as they will give you some tips on BIOS quirks with the board. To get you started though, you'll have to increase your Vcore if you expect to get much higher than 13x166 at default voltage. Make sure your cooling is adequate before you go bumping up your voltage. At default voltage, even OC'd, you shouldn't be getting hotter than 40C under load. Most likely you'll be limited to multiplier adjustments if you are intent on sticking to 166MHz, but I would try testing different FSB speeds and see if you can't push to 174MHz or so at default timings (drop your multi before you try this). If you want to stick with 166MHz FSB, up your Vcore to 1.8V and set your multiplier to 14. That'll yield a very nice OC at 2324MHz, just make sure your cooling is adequate (never above 50C).
