overclocking amd x2 5600+

I have a kn3 sli2 mobo and 5600+ overclocked to 3.2ghz and was wondering if it is resonable to get into the 3.3ghz range with my mobo. my ram is running at ~600 mhz with 6-6-6-18 timings. I have a zalmann cnps 9700 and generic ram. I have not been able to find many users who have used my board.

jup it indeed is impressive, usually the higher-end AMD's don't oc to well. Why are your timings so ridiculously high though ? If it's ddr 800, you could make it run 1:1 with your FSB and give it the normal timings, and perhaps even lower timings, since it will be underclocked.

yeah OP, you should lower your RAM divider and tighten those timings.

thanks, I've heard of some crazy sounding overclocks but I figured that 3.2 ghz was still a great overclock especially on a board which isn't supposed to overclock that well. ram timings were just too try and see if I could get a little more out of the overclock. thanks this is my first major overclock (only 16).
