Overclocking AMD X2 4000+ (AM2)

Hi Folks,

I am looking to go for an AMD X2 4000+ (no C2D for the moment as i am looking to go for Penryn in Feb 08)

Also AMD X2 prices have hit the ground

I want to overclock the crap out of this AMD procy

I am planning to go for an ATI690G chipset Motherboard. Is it a good choice and will it work well with my Nvidia 8800 GTS 640MB

i have heard much better results of OC's from either the 3800+ or the 3600+ (my 3800+ reaches 2.8 runs 24/7 @ 2.6 with 1.4 vcore)
