Overclocking alienware m17x r4 3610qm cpu

I know that to overclock the i7-3610qm id have to go to the bios, but what value do I set the overclocking part to? I have gtx 660m in mine and was wondering if oc-ing the cpu would make improvements in game performance. Most of the games that I play are gpu intensive, but I'm curious if overclocking the cpu in those situations would improve frames?
 
Again, I'm not looking for opinions, but the how-to. Too many of these posts get flagged down with people recommending it not being done for some reason or another. I want to know how-to do it, opinions out the door.

Is there someone here who actually knows how to do this? My laptop has huge heatsinks and can definitely handle some overclocking, gpu (done multiple times) and cpu or both at the same time.
