My computer specs:
AMD XP2400+ Throughbed B
ASUS N7S8X Deluxe
Dual DDR ( 2 512MB PC2700 Crucial - 1G Total )
Thermalright SK-7 with a highspeed Sunon Fan
Idle time CPU temp 37Celcius/Motherboard temp 26Celcius
My set up as of now
2.30Ghz with 154FSB CPU/ RAM 1:1 ratio
1.78 Vcore
Full load ( 100% CPU Usage 42C/107F running for an hour )
Pass Hot CPU Tester 3 Pro LE ( I think 6-7 hour testing )
My concerns:
when I increase to FSB 155 ( system not stable even I increase the Vcore to 1.8 or 1.85 - what is holding me back?? RAM maybe?? )

and even though, with this set up, is it good to leave the CPU runs 100% for 24/7 most of the time and leave comp on 24/7. Would I damage my hardware and kill the cpu/mobo or even the other hardware.

Running 42c/107F with 1.85 VCore for 24/7 100% CPU is ok?
Any inputs are really appreciated

I've been out of AMD camp for awhile (my last AMD rig was XP1600+@2200+ with Epox 8K3A+), so I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't think it's all that good for your rig to run @1.85v @100% CPU 24/7... I don't think anyone would do this unless it's necessary... (pls correct me if I'm wrong)

Also, I don't think it's your memory holding you back since they're PC2700 (333DDR=166FSB). BUT, it *might* have to do with the fact that you're running 2 sticks.. Take one our and see if that helps. It's also good idea to relax the memory timing to see if that helps stability...
