Overclocking a Venice 3200

When you overclock a processor, sometimes you need to change voltages, right ? I've heard on the Venice 3200 processors, they will overclock well to 2.4 GHz without changing voltages. What if I would want to push it further ? Will I need to change voltages ? I have an Asus nForce4 Ultra motherboard.
