overclocking a Radeon LE.....will coolbits work?

I just built my friend a system and got him a Radeon LE that we're going to try to overclock and do the registry hack. I've never used an ATI card before, so I need some help. Anand suggests PowerStrip in his Radeon LE article, but we're cheap college guys and don't want to pay $30 for it. Will Coolbits work with the Radeon LE? Also, where can I get it?

Go to tweakfiles.com, go to their Video section, and download one of the numerous Radeon utilities to overclock your friend's card. Coolbits is Nvidia only.
 
I'm currently using a Radeon LE with Raid-on Tweaker....you can use that to overclock, tweak the settings and enable Hyper-Z
