i haven't had much experience with ati's products i really want to test the limit of my 9700 pro on my game system and the 9000 pro on my game server is there any apps that could do this or is there a BIOS editor that could work on these cards... ( like RVBEdit for NVIDIA's cards ) from which i could set the core and memory speeds.

There are a bunch of other overclocker proggies available. If you want to set the clocks permanently afterwards then the editor and flasher can be had here..
