overclocking a RADEON DDR OEM...

ive had my RADEON 64Mb DDR VIVO OEM for over a year now, and hadnt ralised taht it could be overlcocked to retail speeds
just a couple of questions here..

1. how can it be overlcoked, most hassle free method, can it be done in software, or does the Bios have to be flashed
2. is it particularly risky, i dontr eally want to mess up my card here
3. will it need to have any kind of extra cooling?

er, that about it, any info would be appreciated

cheers

Use PowerStrip, or Radeon Tweaker to overclock it. If it is at 166/166 by default then try 183/183. If it is set to 183/183 by default, then try to overclock it to 195/195 0r higher. If you have a fan on-board, then no additional cooling will be needed unless you try to go radically higher than the speeds I mention.
