Overclocking a PNY GT

Hey guys, newb question here. I got my PNY 6800 GT yesterday, and im ready to give overcloking a try. The truth is thats I have no idea were to start, or how to do it. Can anyone guide me through the process or point me in the direction of someone that can?
 
oh, and here are the benchmarks I got so far.... are they as good as they should be?

just did a little overclocking on my 6800 GT and jump my Aquamark3 score from 59,605 to 63,560...my current settings are @ 410/1150...haven't gone higher and don't expect to either ....running great.
 
Dont download coolbits because some people have lost their vsync, 16x ansio, etc. Instead do the registry edit yourself. Here is a helpful link. Link
