Overclocking a PIII -700

I have a PIII 700 and have been overclocking it to 933 basically since the day I got it (about a year ago). The odd thing is, is that I use the retail fan that came with it. Is this common? I hear alot of people needing bulty expensive fans when overclocking.

Not really uncommon. The thing is that you have a good chip. Others might not be able to make it to 933 on a retail hs/fan, so a better solution may give it the edge it needs to make it to 933. If your chip runs fine at 933 with the retail hs/fan and your temps are reasonable, don't worry about it 🙂
