overclocking a pal not a tbred are there any multipliers to use, locked cpu

ok I have a 2100 pal on a abit kD7 with kinston 2700 ddr, it will only pull 140 fsb X 13 multi. I understand I need a Tbred to use other multi's true? or are there any munti's my pal can use without unlocking?
