Overclocking a P4 1.7ghz

I was wondering if anyone can give me a few pointers on the way to do this. Its a P4 1.7 running on a SOLTEK 85ERV with 512 pc2100 ddr. So can anyone help me out? Also its only running the stock heatsink.
