Overclocking a HP Burner

I while back there was a forum in hot deals about a hp burner at Staples that was overclockable. Does anyone know how or what determines an overclockable burner. Have any sites gone into the topic? I have a HP 8200 cd writer+. It is only a 4x write. Just curious, I am becoming an overclocking nut fast..... cpu, vid card, memmory, and looking for more
