Overclocking a Gigabyte 9700 Pro?

What is the best way to O/C this and what about the onboard memory. Is the utility good enough to do it or would it be better to change the voltage on it in the BIOS? Please be specific, thanks

I use this to o/c my card with no mods to voltage or cooling, and I run at 378-688.
