Overclocking a CPU

You raise the FSB. CPU mhz is determined by FSB x CPU multi.
You can raise it in bios, or you can use one of many software utilities to raise it in windows. The FSB also drives the ram speed, so when raising it your overclocking ram also, unless you use a memory divider to run your memory at a % of the FSB
