I'm thinking about picking up a Conroe Celeron and overclocking the crap out of it for use in a low noise, low heat application.

I'm thinking about doing the BSEL mod because I'll likely be overclocking on a cheapo mATX board with little to no overclocking facilities....

ECS P4M800PRO-M (V2.0)

Which of the three Celeron models (420, 430, 440) is the best choice for this endeavor and why?

Link is infinitely redirecting... Awesome.

Anyway, I'd guess the 430/440 would be best since you would get a higher speed out of it. If you BSEL mod it, it will be up to 266FSB x the multiplier. The 430 and 440 have higher multipliers than the 420.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
