Can I overclock this setup without a GFD? I read somewhere that if you dont have a good overclocking board like a Asus K7M you will need to
rip open the case and put a gfd on it. And if I can OC without the GFD, how high can I expect to go with stock HSF? thanks in advance!

10%, at best. (825). maybe up to 12 or 15 if you're really lucky. The reason is that by adjusting the FSB (bus speed - its the first option on one of the BIOS setup pages) you overclock everything, not just the CPU. The ram, hard drive, and all your cards must be able to handle the higher speeds. Once your PCI speed (fsb / 3) reaches ~38 its time to get more careful, esp. since a lot of HD's dont like non-standard PCI speeds, and therefore cause dataloss (or failure, according to some people).

Although the BIOS pretends it goes up to over 133, it'll prolly not pass 110 stable.

Yep, FSB only.
I managed to get mine to boot @ 660 (6 * 110) but no further

oh, and this is true regardless of cooling. You could drop the system into a vat of liquid hydrogen and (assuming it doesn't shatter / the stuff still works at a temp that low) it wouldn't reach 133. To pass it, you need to replace the clock generator / PLU or something like that (read about it a year or so ago and i lost the link). Then you can get up to 50%+ OCs but that would be a major pain.
