Overclocking a 2800+

I just have a few questions about it...

I'm now running mine at 216x11, 1.8v and I want to know how long this will last like that (given it's at 45C max).
EDIT: maybe 50C max temp :/

I have UD running all the time, making it at 100% all the time, and everything is running smoothly I must say. I want to keep it like this but will I be forced to purchase that AMD64 system sooner than I expected??

Also, what's the highest anyone has been able to get the 2800+ with the A7N8X series? and what fsb and multiplier did you use?
