Overclocking a 2200 XP Thoroughbred

I haven't even attempted messing with this, but what can I roughly expect for overclockability? I'm currently using an Asus A7V333 board with this. Also, is their any special unlocking procedures? Like the the L1 bridge thing on the older Athlons.

you should probably hit around 2ghz...maybe 2.1. if i recall, connecting the 5th L3 bridge will allow lower multipliers. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

all 2200+'s are T-Bred A's
so you can expect 1.9-2.0GHz

Yep. My 2200 was rock solid at 2.0ghz...but on my AT7 it required 1.8 volts. Yuck. I haven't had a chance to mess with it on my 8RDA+ yet, but it is running 166*11.5=1.9ghz at DEFAULT voltage. On my AT7, it needed 1.725 for that, so hopefully the Epox will do better with it.

my previous xp2200 ran 2.12ghz, but needed 1.85v to be prime stable.

What kind of temperatures are within range of this type of chip? I've increased the voltage to 1.75 and my temp is currently at 60 C. Is this incredibly high? I attempted 1,995 at 1.85 and didn't get very good results. Plus the temp jacked up too 67 when I did that. One last thing, does anyone know of a way to lower the multiples below my minimum 13x?

I am running my xp2200 @ 2GHz (166*12) with default voltage on MSI K7N2G-L.
cpu temp = 50C
(i did the wire thing to access the lower multipliers)

2200 Tbred Bs have been out for a little while now, but I don't know yet what they'll go up to. I'm hoping to find out when I move on from my K7S5A!
