I can get this thing up to 3.0 ghz at about 1.625v but it crashes to the desktop in 3dmark2001. I'm guessing my radeon 8500dv simply won't tolerate 80 mhz agp bus when the fsb is at 120? No agp / pci lock on this board and I don't think it's temperature related because asus probe reports little or no change in temp. during the short time span that 3dmark2001 actually runs before failing.

Any other ideas? What are the best settings in the bios? I'm using 512mb samsung pc2700, stock intel hsf.

I would bump the voltage higher. But I would do it at 100 fsb. I've had problems getting the voltage to change using the bios with my cpu. I suggest you select the voltage you want first, then reboot and try the higher fsb. I would try 1.7 then after rebooting, go for 133 with the 4:5 ratio for your memory. Don't expect it to pass prime 95. I would just try it using the games and programs you normally run. If it crashes or the temps are too high for your comfort level, you can always lower it back down. Running it at 1.7 for a short time won't hurt anything.
