Overclocking. 98 vs. ME

has anyone else installed ME and noticed that upping the FSB to overclock it won't go as high as it will with 98?....what's the deal with this issue?....

ME is still in development as far as I am concerned. One thing I have learned from history. When Micosoft comes out with windows 2003, I'll buy it in 2004. They got W95 right in 96, W98 right in 99, and I susppect Windows ME will be right in 2001. I see a definate pattern here.

I don't really thing the OS has much impact on stability if the mobo, ram and cpu are synched up. I have one machine based on a CUSL2 running Win2K on a PIII 500 at 750 that I haven't rebooted in five months. I have another running an EB 733 that won't run stably at 750. Go figure. Both have Mushkin's best and good power.
