Hello,

I'm in the process of overclocking my VisionTek Xtacy 9500 Pro. I am using RadflasPLUS utility to flash my BIOS. I backed up my original BIOS on floppy and now I'm trying to detemine what BIN file I should flash it with?

The memory I have is the Infineon 3.0. According to rage3d.com, I can choose 1 of 2 BIOSES to flash with. In the RadflashPLUS utility that I downloaded, there is a subfolder called BIOS'z. In the BIOS'z folder there are the BIN files. Now I have a problem which BIN file to flash with. Should it be the---

9500_30 or Original_30 BIN file?

I can't find any info. on which is the correct BIN file? Has anyone ever O.C.ed a VisionTek Xtacy 9500 Pro card? If not, does anyone have any suggestions which BIN file to use? I have searched VisionTek site(not like there going to publish this info.) and no such luck.

Any info. would be much appreciated.

Thanks

you are making this to hard on yourself. dowload the radeon omega drivers and use it's built in soft mod to a 9700 pro.

Work smarter not harder

Umm... Soft mod works on SELECT 9500 NON-PROs, not the PRO cards.....
