Overclocking 8350 - Temps?

I've got a 8350 and a Biostar TA970 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 motherboard, supposedly capable of 140W CPUs, has solid capacitors, heatsinks on the VRMs, yadda yadda.

What temps should I be looking out for when overclocking this CPU? My CPU never breaks 60c at full load, and I've got an Arctic Freezer Pro 7 instead of the stock fan. Attached below is the HWinfo on my temps. Is this an ok temp for whatever that is?

This was achieved my running Fritz on all 8 cores, NuclearMC and CPUmark all simultaneously for 5 whole minutes.

The Artic Freezer is doing it's job if you're under 60c at full load.. Time for some overclocking! :)

I know it says 140 watt capable, but that doesn't look like a motherboard made for huge power draw. I'd put a fan somewhere to keep the VRM's cool, though 85C probably isn't really bad. But, if you do start overclocking it may be a good idea.
