Overclocking 800 T-Bird - What should I try next?

I've got an 800 tb @ 1050. If I set the muliplier to 11, the computer starts up okay but it reverts back to 800Mhz. I tried setting it to 11.5 just for fun, but that didn't even post. My question: will increasing the core voltage help, or have I reached the limit? Core voltage is at 1.80v right now.

Could this also be a L1 connection issue? It's only done with the pencil trick.

The way it's acting, I'd say its not recognizing your unlocking job.
Try re-doing it, and maybe with the window defogger repair kit.
