just downloaded and installed from nvidias site..
my overclocking tab is gone..

how do i overclock with these drivers?

You need to add the coolbits hack back into your registry. There's a ton of places to find the instructions. Here's one:

I just used RivaTuner to enable OCing and rebooted - I make my adjustments in the control panel, esp. now that you can set monitor refresh rates there.

coolbits is the best way. Stuff like Rivatuner and powerstrip is no good....it eats up system resource, effectively neutralizing the overclock. Third party progs suck - if you can hack a feature through the drivers, that's the best way to do it.
