Overclocking 3200 Whin

I cant get it to overclock. I've read the guide, but I think its the mobo. It's a Gigabyte K8NXP-SLi, and the Vcore is locked. Plus it keeps giving the CPU more power than it needs. I'm gonna c if u guys hav a answer for me at 11. Bed time for me.
 
it must be a problem with your bios or mobo. dont know much about that mobo. are you using the most recent bios?
