Overclocking 2800+ Barton

I'm fiddling with my new 2800+ Barton on a ECS L7VTA mb.

The mb is a cheap featureless thing, that only allows me to adjust the cpu clock between 100-200 MHz. At stock it ran at 166 MHz (333 MHz FSB), but I have changed it to 184 MHz (368 MHz FSB) and the CPU running at 2,3 GHz, and it's runnign stable.

My question:

My bios also allows me to adjust the cpu voltage (-0,6%, normal, +1,1%, 2,3%), and the dimm voltage (-2,8%, normal, +6,4%, 9,8%).

Do I change any of these to get better results, and can I damage my system by running the voltages too high?

Thanks

yes and yes.

youa re doing pretty good on i83 without overvolt considering the motherboard.you don't seem to be too knowledgeable on ocing so i would leave these alone until you have spent some time on here and doing some research.
