Overclocking 2700x for daily heavy use.

OK< so after I figured out my X470 Taichi was overvolting, I now have a valid overclocking chip Its currently at 4.1 GHZ usinh 1.2 vcore and 65c full load. I want to get to 4.2, but I really don't want to up vcore more, or raise temps. I think thats pretty standard for a good OC, but not sure at what vcore and temps. Looking to see what everyone else does.

I run 24/7/365@100%load, looking for those that run something similar what they are getting. Or at least on a regular basis, what speed at what vcore is stable under heavy load.

I run my 2700x 24/7, usually at 100%. My favorite OC is 4.0 GHz at 1.15 vcore. It *slightly* beats all-core stock performance, uses less power and runs far cooler. It doesn't have the single-threaded boost of XFR and PB that way, but neither does stock at 100% load.

I also sometimes run it at 3.75 GHz at 1.00 vcore for things that aren't very sensitive to CPU frequency -- or if I just want it to run cool and quiet.

Thanks ! exactly what I was looking for. I don't want the best OC, just s decent one with low vcore and temps. I see you have done the same !
