Well your case ventilation s/b good. Other than being a wee bit high for this time of year, nothing seems really wrong with your temps. On my rig, the spread between system and cpu idle temp is about 7 degress. Your's is 9. No biggy. The spread between your cpu idle and load is also 9 degrees. Mines a little less.
But my system temp is about 24c and cpu idle is 31c. Can't remember load temps ATM.
I'm guessing your ambient (room) temps are higher than mine.
I'd say go with what you got, and if the cpu load temp get above 60c may nave to look at improved cooling.
Wait!! I think your mobo reads cpu diode for temps. Mine reads the socket. If that's so the diode temp always reads 9 or 10 degrees higher than the socket. And the diode temp is more accurate. So, your 53c under load tanslates to about 43c or so on my PC. You should be fine then if your mobo does indeed read the diode. (The Abit mobo's used to read from the diode. But so many peeps freaked about their cpu temp that Abit discontinued it and went with socket temps only)
