Overclocking 1.7a for fun. Help

I have an old 1.7a lying around and I think i might wanna oc it. What would be the cheapest way to oc it? What mb/cpu cooler/ram would work? Im thinking some pc2700 and a thermaltake fan since their cheap. This will be used as a backup rig with a 9800se i found (long story and no i didint buy it.)
 
they made 1.7a?????????
i dont think they made 1.7as only 1.6a, 1.8a 2.0a and so on.
though maybe i am wrong
