overclocking 1.0A celeron-T need help!!!

I bought intel celeron tulatin 1.0A, so I heard that its very overclockable because 0.13 micron. I saw at IXBT labs an article about overclocking celeron 1.0A@ 1.5ghz using Tt volcano 7 heatsink with pc-150 cas2 ram. So tried to push my Cpu to 1.5ghz but while rebooting my pc freezes, I also push it the voltage to the max 1.675v. I bought Tt volcano7+ to help with the temperature. the (volcano 7+ 38C) and the (retail fan 40C) I didn?t get it. So I decided to make a test using the air-conditioner to cool my case . It was incredible!!My board temp was 35 before but with air it was 17C Wow! and my Cpu 20C amazing. I oc 1.0a at 1.4ghz , 140*10 = 1400mhz using 1.500v and it work super stable. I push it at 1500mhz using any voltage, but when I reboot, it worked , but after it starts to reboot again. I think it my case temperature that didn?t give my cpu a chance to get more then 1333mhz. It could also be my power suppler(250W) that wont let my celery go to 1.5ghz . But I think It?s the ram I use pc-133 cas3, if I had pc-150 I think that I be able to reach 1.5ghz. My Project is to buy a small freezer to cool my pc from ?10 to 15C somethink like that? Or I?ll buy 6 powerful 80mm fans and place them into my case with some modification to the case using a drill, you know what I mean . I?m so confuse if you guys have
any tips or advice I could use it now????????

Did you apply a good thermal compound? If you did, looks like your chip has maxed out. Not all 1.0A Celerons can make it to 1.5GHz, it's entirely a luck of the draw.

Besides... If it's stable at 1.4GHz I wouldn't push it much higher, especially if it can make it with so little voltage increase.

I was able to get 1450 MHz stable using a ThermalRight AX-7 cooler w/Delta 80mmx38mm 68.5 cfm fan. To go 1500MHz, most 1.0a's need a little help with the vid pin trick, which allows voltages between 1.675 up to 1.8

Personally, I think 1450 MHz @ 1.6v is about as good as it gets with the 1.0a. And that's pretty good :)

It probably is the RAM. In that case the 1.1A really would have been better so no components other than the CPU would need to run beyond spec. I do not see the point in spending a bunch of moolah on extra cooling when a 1.4/133 rated chip would end up being cheaper, simpler, cooler and quieter. So, be happy with what the 1.0A will do or replace it or the RAM instead if you think it is worth the trouble.

I have a 1.1A running at about 1500 with PC133 RAM. It requires 1.550V at this freq. It is cooled by a bargain-bin heatsink. Until recently the only fan was a thermally controlled one in the PSU which is side mounted next to the heatsink. However with the heat of summer I now need to switch on an auxiliary fan while gaming (natch).

Apparently, new tualatin steppings are coming out now and hopefully the max freq will be increased. Price cuts are also due (long over-due on the 133's).
