Overclockin my Packard Bell Rig

I want to overclock my Packard Bell Packmate, it is currently running at 333Mhz, is there a way to make it go at least to 500Mhz? I mean any speed boost is good but 500 is what i want.

Rest of system specs:
32MB Ram
4 Gig HD
Voodoo3 2000.
