Overclockin Geforce in Win2k... HELP!!

I have been trying for weeks to oc my herc. Propeht geforce 256ddr, and with nothing but failures. This eludes me, The drivers that came with the card had an oc ability in the display settings in win9x, but when i installed win2k the ability was gone. I figured i needed to upgrade my drivers, but that didn't have the utilities either. I have even installed geforce tweaks, but none of them have the ability to change core or mem. speed.

I dont know if it is the tweaks i am using or what. Plz help.
