i just got a copper heatsink and fans..
i replaced the oem HS
and now
when i am in 1280*1020 with everything on..32 bit and etc..
i overclocked IT.....
to 220 and 350
the ftp was.....10fps?!!!!!!
before it was 200 core. and 333 total memory..
everything on it WAS
70fps!!!!!!!!

and 210 and 340 it is 80 fps!!!!!!!!!!

i dun gET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHY?>!!!!!!!!!!

hey man u have a geforce-ultra or a geforce2 gts?70 fps sound impressive for a gts card, and in which game you get70fps anyway???

dont even bother overclocking the core, it wont do diddly for you, id invest in some good ramsinks and overclock the ram as high as it can go, thats where you will get the benefits.....also the reason why u got 10fps could be heat related. or it just could be a bad core/mem ratio for that geforce.

Humm, weird on my system I do not understand some thigns.
Pentium 3 700e oc to 804( can not post any higher:-(
Asus CUSL2 with bios version 1003 Beta 004
128mb PC133
Elsa Geforce 2 GTS Core 235mhz Memory at 400mhz
Sound Blaster Live
IBM Deskstor 30gb ATA100
Intel Pro100 Management Nic
Lucent Tech 56K Modem
Creative 8x4x32 CDR

On Quake 3 all test at high settings and 32 bit
640x480 79.7fps
1024x768 74.9fps

3dmark 2000
6871 marks

Why are my scores for quake 3 at 640x480 so low, it great at 1024x768 I think.

night181, just thought I'd let you know:

many CUSL2 boards won't "save" the voltage setting after a hard reboot. It goes back to default voltage (1.65v) instead of whatever you set in bios. You have to do only soft boots, or you're screwed. I bet you can POST MUCH MUCH higher than 804, if you do only soft reboots.

As far as your Q3 scores, like Plester said, you have vsync enabled
