Anyone thinking of bying from OverclockersUK should read this post first.

On November 21st 2000 I purchased a CPU from OcUK. The item was paid for with a VISA card and the money was debited on the 22nd November. When I received the CPU it did not work, so I shipped it back to OcUK shipped me a new item on the 14th December (or so they say, for I am yet to receive it).

Two weeks went by and I still hadn't received the CPU so I contacted OcUK reporting the situation. I have sent several emails, most of which have no response, asking when I am going to receive the CPU, but they just don't do anything, and don't want to assume responsibilities. Shouldn't OcUK be the ones to make sure the costumer receives the item?
Souldn't they be bothered by the fact that a costumer of theirs paid for an item and did not get it?

Now they say the item was delivered and signed for. Well if it really was delivered and signed for, it was delivered to the wrong person, and therefore it's it's their couriers responsibility and not mine. Even now they just don't give me a straight answer as to when this matter will be resolved.

To this very day I am still waiting to receive an item paid for almost two months ago. OcUK does not seem to care much about this situation, but then again why sould they? They got their money! Is this OcUK's policy? Dray your own conclusions, but if you're thinking of buying from OcUK think of this situation.
