Overclocker's PSU under $70?

Friend of mine's building an to-be-OC'd rig for gaming on a budget, similar to my box (same mobo, CPU and vid card for starters). Got all the parts picked out, except the PSU.

I own a CoolerMaster Real Power 450W APFC, and while I don't have first hand experience about how it OC's yet, I've read a bunch of excellent reviews on it. Only problem I can see with it is that it only has 22A on the two 12V rails combined.

Anyone know of a PSU that provides stable enough power, with more amps, at around the same price (~$65-70), or will he do fine with this one?

coolmaster is a bad idea...FSP (forton), antec, zippy/emacs such such, im sure you herd of these brands before. Is it just me or does the coolmaster one looks just like the ocz modstream but toned down a bit. In that case..dont get it...

Its pretty good, but beware, the 5V line dipped really low when it was being overclocked in a review
(i think it went down 5% from 5V, which is the absolute lowest it can go while still being within ATX standards)

It's 8:44 PM here. Also the Fortron PSU is great. Even though it is only rated 15A on both +12v rails it is a much more capable PSU then the Xclio above. Fortron is very conservative when it comes to specs.

almost everything, its not as "important" as the 12V, but thiers a 5V wire on every component (hdd, dvd drives, video card, etc)
