I would guess the 3.2E would be the best... the EE would have a bunch of extra cache that could potentially limit your overclock. The C's are good... but I think the E's are better as long as you can cool the beasts!

3.2E should have the highest overclock potential, but prescotts do require better cooling than northwoods(3.2c) and northwood is still faster at the same clock speed in most applications, due to shorter pipelines and lower cache latencies. 3.2EE..probably not the best choice, L3 cache may limit overclocking potential, plus they are so freakin expensive, defintaly not worth it.

I don't think there is enough evidence on th 3.2EE to judge overclockability. Granted, it makes sense that the L3 may limit overclocks to a certain degree. But I did have a 3.4EE on an AI7 mobo. It overclocked somewhere between 3.8 and 3.9. The AI7 was struggling however on the juice supply. The PWM temps would skyrocket when I tried to Prime95 it. So I never did finish testing and sold the chip. So, if you do choose the EE, make sure the motherboard can supply the juice effectively.

Also as stevty2889 said, not worth the extra $$$. It was smoother and faster than my Northwood, but not $600+ smoother.
