Overclocked gigabyte gtx 560 ti o.c

hi all,
im having a few problems trying to o.c my card it all ready has a factor o.c from 822-900mhz on core clock and a little on memory but i cant even get it to go up another 10mhz without it crashing on me any help would be greatful.

also how do i add my sig rig ?

To edit your signature, go to "User CP" in the upper left, then "Edit Signature" under the Control Panel.

A couple of questions/items to check out:

-What are you temperatures like? Not idle, under load (play a game for at least 5 minutes so they stabilize).
-What program are you using to overclock?
-What happens during the crash?

Answer those and get your system specs up and hopefully we'll be on the road to an answer :thumbsup:.

hi mrk6,
i am using msi afterburner to overclock my temps are 70.c under full load, i have fan on 100% as it uses the new windforce twin cooler and can hardly hear it.
when it crashes i dont get any artifacts on the screen it jst goes black and a no signal comes on the screen and i have to reboot my card is supposed to renowed for its overclocking here is a link to the one im using

hey jdfox, I had the exact same 560Ti OC card and it too had problems running at 900MHz. What I found helpful was to increase the voltage supplied to the card.

I was later made aware that a BIOS update would have helped as it increases the stock voltage. I would recommend upgrading the BIOS first, if it still doesn't work, then use MSI Afterburner to manually tune it.
