I just over clocked my Guillemont Hercules Geforce 2 Mx to 205/195 last night. its got a heatsink on it so do you think it can go up any higher.. I read the article on anandtech on how to do it, it was pretty self explanitory but are there anymore settings to help it out?? like refresh rate or vertical sync rate or something.. i dunno im new to this stuff.. like last night when i was playing Counterstrike i really didn't notice that much difference.. where would i be able to tell if it made a difference.. thanks again guys

you can play around with disabling vert sync and other options through control panel video card tab.
 
I found a utility called GeForce Tweak that helped raise my 3DMark score from 4200 to 5500,just by enabling the fastest settings tab in the control panel.It also adds an overclock tab to your display properties(if you dont have one already).It also raised my Q3 mark from 60 fps (high rez,1024x768 max settings)to right at 70.It has a boatload of tweaks in it that you can mess around with,and it also has a button that allows you to reset the card back to its original state,pre G-Tweak install.So you can screw around to your hearts content and reset the thing if you get carried away.
