Overclocked Duron?

Hi, i'm getting confused here...are the engineering samples the only ones overclockable or the first batch too? I ordered one from the first batch but cancelled my order after reading anand article...
Plz help

only the samples that were sent out seem to overclock...

retail cpu's are still muliplier locked, so you can only overclcock thru increasing the bus speed.

damn it, since the first article of tom, my hopes have been playing yoyo...someone has bought a retail duron and a gigabyte mobo, he should post his results tomorrow on the cpu forum...

Speaking for myself, I'm just going to wait until folks get the actual "production" CPU's in their hands, and some good O/C able boards before seeing what the Duron will/won't do!
