It will be harder yes...The fact would be you now have 2 cpus each with potentially their own limit and your limit will be the worst one. I guess it wil be tougher by probability, but I assume many will OC well due to strong yields...I really fail to see anything that would be that sensitive between them other then memory controller, and that may only require that each cpu has to be clocked similarly. If we had also individual memory controllers like the L2 cache, then I would assume they could even be at different speeds and offer some individual controllablity with the right type of options in the bios

It will depend on how they throttle each core. I know that Intel is using a means where the secondary core is only rarely used and often completetly shut off (which can be good or bad).

Toledo shouldnt have much in the way of heat issues so long as you cool it well. 90-95W is very managable. In addition they dont need much above stock volts since they use SSDOI as well. I dont think anyone will have too hard a time with clocking them well.
