If you're lucky and have good cooling, yes. I wouldn't bother unless you have one hell of a graphics card though.

Depend on how lucky you are to get a good chip.

if you get a blue core you have very good chances of going over 1ghz.

if you grab a retail version of 900mhz t-bird, likely you will get a bluish core chip. i was told it is on average would hit 1050 easily, like no-brain OC. But a meager 150 mhz OC gain is kinda suck, any way...
